BG SPECS FOR SUNDAY, FEB 14

GENERAL NOTE: Part of our days work will take place outside. Everyone, regardless of your role, should make sure to bring thermals/long johns to layer under your costume. Also, please bring outer wear that will work with the description of the characters that you are playing. For example, if you are an AUSTIN FAN/CONCERT GOER make sure your coat works with your western clothing. If you are EVENT SECURTIY, then the best coat for you would be a solid black coat. Bring extra socks for warmth and bring skull caps/toboggins/caps to keep your head warm while not on camera. Make sure the shoe options that you bring will accomodate socks and are not open-toe. Ladies, bring tights and hose to layer up under jeans and skirts.

AUSTIN EVENT SECURITY

Please bring black pants, black shoes and belt. Please bring a long sleeve black tee shirt and a short sleeve solid black tee shirt. If you have a solid black, short sleeve polo shirt with no logo or design, please bring that as well.

AUSTIN PA'S

Please bring options. Jeans, cords, cargo pants. Pullovers, hoodies sweaters, long and short sleeve tee shirts, vests and light jackets. Colors: navy, brown, tan, rust, olive green, grey, burgandy, black. No obvious logos or graphics that we might have clearance issues with. Appropriate shoes to include sneakers, boots, work boots ect.

DOORMEN

Please bring a white, button front long sleeve shirt/blouse and black pants. Also, black shoes and belt. You will be given a venue vest. You will be outside so please bring thermals/long johns to layer under your costume to stay warm.

ROADIES/STAGEHANDS

Please bring options. This look is a layered look and should all be pretty dark. Dark jeans, dark cargos or cords. Pullovers, sweaters, hoodies, long and short sleeve tee shirts, vests and light jackets. Colors: black, navy, grey.

AUSTIN FANS/CONCERT GOERS

Please bring options. This is a country music concert look. Western shirts, jeans, cords, denim skirts, dresses. Suede vests and jackets, leather vests and jackets. Denim jackets and vests. Cowboy hats, cowboy boots and cowboy belts with buckles. Colors should be muted/faded, nothing too bright. Blue, light blue, faded red, greens, yellows, tan, browns, rusts, burgandy, etc.
Pattern is good. Stripes, plaids, etc.
