BG SPECS FOR FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POST FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE THINGS TO BRING FOR YOUR COSTUME. KNOW THAT WE PLAN ON SHOOTING RAIN OR SHINE. WHILE CHOOSING YOUR COSTUME OPTIONS PLEASE INCLUDE RAIN GEAR/OUTERWEAR THAT WOULD BE CONSISTENT FOR THE CHARACTER THAT YOU ARE PLAYING. IF YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE OUTERWEAR AND IT IS RAINING, YOU'LL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF STAYING DRY WHILE SHOOTING.

REPORTERS WOMEN
Please bring options. Pant and skirt suits in muted colors and subtle texture or pattern. Pullover and button front blouses that work with your suit options. Appropriate shoes. Trench coats and other dressy outer wear, in case of rain. Also, if you have rain boots you should bring them with so that you can wear while not on camera.

REPORTERS MEN
Please bring options. Med to dark conservative suits and/or sportcoats and slacks. Button front shirts and ties. Please keep the colors of the ties and shirts to a conservative, muted palette without too much busy-ness or pattern. Also, trench coats or other dress outer wear, and rainboots or totes if you have them to protect your shoes and wear while not on camera.

AUSTIN EVENT SECURITY
All security guards should bring black pants, black shoes and black belt. If you have a solid black polo shirt with no design or logo, please bring that as well. If you like to wear a tee under a polo then bring a black short sleeve tee as well.

ROADIES/STAGEHANDS
Please bring options. Dark pants, dark cargos or dark denim jeans. Short and Long sleeve tees, pullovers, hoodies and light jackets. This look works well when layered, so bring things that could be worn together and mixed and matched. The colors should be dark...black, navy, greys. Also bring outer wear that would fit this look. Rain coats, trench coats, etc. Appropriate shoes.

BEAU'S FANS
Please bring several options. We should go for a western look here. Western shirts, jeans, cords, denim skirts, cord jackets, denim jackets, leather jackets, suede vests and jackets. Cowboy hats, belts and boots would be great. If you worked at "The Stage" the look is the same. Please bring outerwear that will work with this look and will keep you warm and dry should we happen to be shooting in the rain.
